Quests in Real Life
Quests turn spiritual ideas into real experiences. Most take only a few minutes and are designed to move you away from the screen and into your body, surroundings, creativity and inner awareness.
Practices from different sensory approaches—including seeing, hearing, speaking, acting, drawing, feeling and knowing—so you can practice in a way that works with your mind rather than against it. Options can be adjusted when visualization, movement, sound or creative expression isn’t comfortable or accessible.

Victory does not mean forcing the feeling to disappear. Victory is choosing to show up for yourself and use the skills you have learned.
Your Path through
the Mystery School
Your journey through the Rainbows Rising Mystery School unfolds through four levels:
Seeker, Apprentice, Practitioner, and Master.
You begin as a Seeker, building the foundations of awareness, energy, grounding, intuition, and self-discovery. As an Apprentice, you strengthen those skills through emotional regulation, boundaries, protection, and deeper practice. At the Practitioner level, new paths and specializations open, allowing you to explore the areas of mystery and healing that call to you most. Finally, Master is the path of integration—deepening your chosen practices, completing mastery tracks, and applying what you have learned with greater confidence and sovereignty.
You level up by completing quests, practicing your skills, making discoveries, and growing through real-world experience. There is no race to the top—the path is designed to unfold at your pace.
When you upgrade to Realm, your path becomes a full RPG-style progression system.
As you level up, your training begins to branch into Specializations—different paths that reflect the skills, practices, and mysteries you feel most drawn toward. Rather than following one identical curriculum, Realm lets you shape your character through the quests you complete and the abilities you choose to develop.
At the Practitioner level, specialization paths begin to open, including Healer, Druid, Mystic, Monk, Shaman, Bard, Celestial Guide, Shadow Assassin, Alchemist, and Mage. Each path unlocks its own themed quests, practices, discoveries, and mastery challenges while still allowing you to explore skills from other paths.
By the time you reach Master, your journey reflects the unique combination of abilities you have developed along the way. Mastery becomes discovering how to harness your inner powers responsibily.
Fun for the Whole Family
A world designed for the next generation of Rainbow Warriors is on the horizon.
Rainbow Realm, the kid friendly version of the app, nurtures emotional regulation, personal responsibility, and cooperative play—helping children develop the social skills they need to work together, solve problems, and take on increasingly complex adventures.
This gamified RPG transforms developmental, emotional, and spiritual skills into narrated missions, imaginative quests, and real-world activities created especially for children. Guided by Opal, young players can explore at their own pace with accessible controls, parent-approved connections, no advertisements, and no public social networking.
Later, Family Adventures will allow children and their trusted grown-ups to party up and enter longer, replayable campaigns together. Families will follow story clues, complete cooperative quests, unlock new chapters, and turn everyday life into a shared adventure. Campaigns may develop practical and imaginative skills through activities such as gardening, building, cooking, party planning, sewing, and even experimenting with abilities like telekinesis.
The phone is the map—not the destination. It helps each family member complete individual tasks while contributing toward one shared goal.
