Every transformation begins in the storm. The Storm phase is about acknowledging the challenges, emotional wounds, and life experiences that have shaped your current moment. Many people arrive here feeling overwhelmed, confused, or stuck in patterns they cannot fully explain. In this session, we explore where you are and what you have been navigating. We will begin identifying the deeper emotional and energetic patterns beneath the surface. Through intuitive guidance, reflective conversation, and energy-based techniques, we bring clarity to what has been difficult to see alone. Sessions may Include: Spiritual Coaching, Mentoring, Energy Therapy, Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Light Code Transmissions, Sound Therapy and Intuitive Readings. Helps with: Anxiety, grief, emotional overwhelm, trauma awareness, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, confusion about direction, feeling stuck in patterns, loss of identity, emotional distress, beginning a healing journey, paranormal experiences, spiritual awakening, dark night of the soul Format: Three private sessions, typically scheduled weekly or biweekly, with pacing adjusted to support integration.
