Alchemy - 5 weeks

Service Description

Alchemy is the sacred process of transformation. In this phase we begin working directly with the 5 Elements to alchemize the emotional and energetic layers revealed during the Storm phase. Experiences that once felt heavy, confusing, or unresolved are gently processed and transformed. This session may involve emotional release, energetic clearing, and deeper reflection on the beliefs and patterns that developed in response to past experiences. Rather than trying to erase what has happened, the focus is on transforming those experiences into wisdom, resilience, and self-awareness. Alchemy allows what once felt like a burden to become a source of strength and insight. Sessions may include: Guided meditation, Coaching, Shamanic Journey, Crystal Therapy, Reiki, Energy Therapies and Performance Art. Helps with: Trauma release, emotional healing, energy clearing, shadow work, releasing limiting beliefs, healing from toxic relationships, resentment and anger release, emotional processing, reclaiming personal power, energetic transformation. Format: Five private sessions, typically scheduled weekly or biweekly, with pacing adjusted to support integration.
